Warehouse Supervisor

Kalimantan (Banjarmasin dan Samarinda)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all warehouse management process of parts and equipment in order to meet customer expectations.
2. Organize and conduct weekly meeting with the team to review performance, service failure and operational problems.
3. Do periodically stock opname which the time will be determined by the Warehouse Manager and management.
4. Ensure the security of the warehouse

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics or equivalent.
2. Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
3. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Warehouse or equivalent.
5. Familiar and understanding on Supply Chain/ Logistics activities.
6. Familiar with the Safety requirements Warehouse or Project Shipments (Loading and Unloading, Distribution).
7. Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and be proactive in addressing improvement opportunities.
8. Computer literate.
   

 

Sales Executive

Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

1. The objective of the Sales Executive is to achieve and grow the revenue, profitability, and trading base accounts targeted of these segment through : a. The sales acquisition of new customers as targeted. b. Gaining and Improvement of profitability
2. The above will be a result of :

              a. Presenting one face to customer
              b. Selling the full range of CKB products and solutions
              c. Serving on flexible customer focused approach
Requirements:

1. Male/ Female, Between 25-35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3. Required skills: TOEFL min. 500, B to B Selling Skills, Negotiation & Presentation
4. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Having own vehicle.
5. Preferably having logistics knowledge.
6. Travel is required.
   

HRGA Manager

Jakarta Utara - Cakung

Responsibilities:

1. Involve in all HR GA functions ie. Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, General Affair.
2. Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent from Reputable University with min GPA 3.00.
2. At least 5 years of working experience as a manager in the related field
3. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
4. 1 Full-Time positions available.

Product Development Manager

Jakarta Selatan - Cilandak

Responsibilities:

1. Identify the possibility of current products development of 4 major CKB parent product (Integrated Logistics Services, Project Logistics, Warehouse Management and Shorebase Management) which align with customers requirement and company future direction
2. Develop products that has good impact on services offers to customers with good margin
3. Develop products with differentiate with competitors
4. Present product comparison or recommendation and costing to management
5. Prepare technical documents and approval papers
6. Prepare the manual handbook of the products
7. Lead the training of new products development
8. Align and communicate the planning of the new product with internal related party such as sales, business development, operation, shared services and top management
9. Always review competitor’s products and report it to management
10. Drive the implementation of a Product Management team within the company
11. Manage the existing stable of products and lead the ongoing development of enhancements to support increased value to customers.
12. Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, operations and partners/prospects to set the strategic vision for existing products and development of new products
13. Liaising the execution of customer research with marketing intelligence team to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace
14. Direct our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
15. Research, develop & implement a best processes strategy for new product development, launch and analysis
16. Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features.
17. Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
18. Product life cycle & profitability management
19. Provide guidance and direction on developing new products and managing the lifecycle of existing products

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in product development and Commercial management (preferable with consumer goods background) Strong market sector awareness in supply chain
3. Communication capability at senior/board level
4. Recognized general and people management skill
