IT Support Staff
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
IT Support Staff is responsible for installing, configuring hardware, software, peripherals, and other information processing facilities; responding to user/customer support calls for troubleshooting and repairing network connectivity issues; maintaining hardware inventory and distribution, developing and maintaining technical documentation; interfacing with other teams and service vendors to resolve problems.
Manage and supports computer network, servers and workstations (users) on Linux and windows platform
Report on IT facilities usage (hardware and software), problems and solutions, service level. Work with management, customers and third party consultants to conduct infrastructure planning and audits.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with min GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)
- A minimum of 2 years in management and security of different types of servers including domain controller, web server, database server, e-mail server and file server
- A good knowledge and experience on system/security utilities.
- Experience on Linux(open source) OS and application development tools is preferable
- A good command in English is preferable.
Implementation Consultant (IC)

Responsibilities :
As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for understanding and documenting client's business requirements so that each HR / ERP solution and implementation project ultimately meets both customers functional and process requirements.
Implementation Consultants work closely with the Project Manager to deliver features and workflows that customers need in their solutions in order to gain true benefits from the innovation and improvements of their business processes and operations.
As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for understanding and documenting client's business requirements so that each HR / ERP solution and implementation project ultimately meets both customers functional and process requirements.
Implementation Consultants work closely with the Project Manager to deliver features and workflows that customers need in their solutions in order to gain true benefits from the innovation and improvements of their business processes and operations.
Requirements:
General Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Information System, Computer Science or Equivalent
- Good knowledge of English
- Mature personality with high self-confidence, and ability to work effectively in an IT environment
- Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
Technical Qualifications :
- Background / Experience in developing or implementing HRIS solution, Financial Accounting or ERP Systems, or Business Process Management
- Expertise in Web Technology such as HTML
- Familiar with Client Side Scripting Languages and Technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX
- Expertise with Server Side Web Based Scripting Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP or ASP
- Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in Oracle Database, MSSQL Server and MySQL
- Good at technical programming algorithm
DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA)
A Database Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of various database systems used by the company. Primary responsibilities include the installation and management of the Oracle and SQL Database running on Linux and Windows servers, the management of associated Data Warehouse environment.
Other responsibilities include managing application maintenance support activities, such as upgrade and patch installations, database account maintenance, database performance tuning, database backup and recovery, database security, system and database monitoring, and capacity planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Profoundly experienced in Oracle Database and SQL Application server.
- Experienced in designing, and managing database systems for high-traffic transactional
- systems.
- Skilled in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Performance Monitoring, SQL Profiler,
- automated backup and recovery and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent in SQL Development such as SQL programming and design (functions, tables, views,
- triggers, indexes, constraints, stored-procedure, cube).
- Familiar with Windows and Linux server.
- At least 2 (two) years experience in database management systems.
Software Developer (SD)

As a Software Developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing an executable code solution, testing the resulting components, and analyzing run time profiles to debug errors that might exist. Software Developers can also be responsible for creating the software's architecture and for employing rapid application development tools.

As a part of our QA division, you will be responsible for SunFish ERP Products we develop and release to our customers and partners to perform properly, match their purposes and meet external and internal requirements. Utilizing our QA testing methodologies and systems you help to ensure that our software applications is accurate, stable and user friendly. Keeping documentation of standard and customized features in our applications, and software integrated help files, training guides and other material up-to-date is part of the job

- Depth knowledge of company accounting and financial process
- Good understanding of system flow, and in-depth analytical skills
- Strong background in system testing, analysis and design
- Proven experience in software application testing, preferably a large scale ERP software
- Ability to prepare and execute test script, to manage a test database, to track source codes and to validate deployment of entire application solution
- At least 3 years experience as Accounting or Finance Supervisor
- This position will be home based in Jakarta, the candidates should be willing to travel
